The warranty period starts from the date of issuance of the legal documents by our company to the respective customers and is valid within our company. During this period, free labor and spare parts are provided for damages that are not due to the fault of the user.

Defective products that are returned for technical inspection in order to detect a possible malfunction are transported to and from our company at the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping costs are borne by the customer. When sending the products for inspection to our company, they must be properly packaged in their original packaging. In case the original packaging is not available, the buyer must take care of proper packaging that will protect the product from damage.

The products must be accompanied by all the necessary components for their operation that are included in the package, such as power supplies, etc. The serial number of the device must be unchanged. The technical inspection will not proceed if any of the above is missing and must be stopped until the missing components reach our company. If the whole process is delayed for more than ten days, the product will be returned to the Customer without being checked and the shipping costs will be borne by him.

To use the guarantee, it is necessary to present the relevant purchase document.
